Data Deletion

You can delete everything we hold about you at any time. Here's exactly how, and what happens.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

What Solidmind stores in the first place

Very little. The pages you browse are analyzed on your device and are never stored. The only data tied to you lives in two places:

  • On your device — your topics, saved sessions, saved templates, and allow/block lists, held in your browser’s own storage.
  • On our server — if you signed in, a minimal account record (your Google account identifier and email) and a small trial record (identifier plus timestamps).

Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Delete the data on your device

Removing the Solidmind extension from Chrome deletes everything it stored locally — topics, sessions, templates, and lists. Right-click the Solidmind icon and choose Remove from Chrome, or manage it at chrome://extensions.

Delete your account and server data

To delete the account and trial records we hold, email us from the address on your account:

support@solidmind.io — subject line “Delete my account and data”.

We’ll confirm the request, delete your account and trial record, and email you when it’s done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Billing records held by our payment provider (Polar) are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires; contact us if you need those addressed too.

Revoke Google access

You can withdraw Solidmind’s access to your Google account independently, at any time, from your Google Account permissions. This stops future sign-ins; it does not by itself delete the records above, so email us as well if you want those removed.
